Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, especially if preparation has already begun. -
Refunds:
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your food. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
